Cabbage is a vegetable with an undeserved reputation. I, in fact, enjoed cabbage u a salads and tacos but I gave cooked cabbage a EW! Yet as a parent and a wife, I wanted my kids and hubby to try new things and to do that trying cabbage included me too.
