Tomato Jam is a tasty topping on a piece of toast, a cracker, virtually anything. This past week I decided to find, create, and can Tomato Jam. It was by far one of the easiest projects yet that1I have in the kitchen. It does NOT make a lot, I made Just 2 -1/2 pints and 1 pint. I still recommend giving this a shot.
