Pancakes are perfect for a Sunday mornings
and just doubling the recipe gives enough for one more later in the week.
There are many great recipes found on the web and nothing says you can’t personalize the recipe to fit your family better.
This is the one we follow and below its doubled because the kids do their own breakfasts during the week,
Recipe
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup of melted butter <<< put this in last.
5 cups water
8 cups of flour
2 cups of milk
2 tsps of salt
4 tbls baking powder
8 tsps vanilla,
a handful of cinnamon
Blend
all together and mix well, put on a pancake grill at 300 degrees, turn over when the surface of the pancake is full of bubbles for a few more minutes.
One thing that I want to note is your can add toppings your family prefers chocolate chips. walnuts, berries are just a few.
