My Quest for Chicken Tenders Without Toxins

In my quest to provide the best to my family, and rid our bodies of consuming toxic seed oils which are no benefit to anybody. I am now making all items that we like to eat from scratch. It is a big undertaking, but I have found it isn’t that hard and many moms are doing it.

It took a year to find a recipe for Chicken Tenders Without Toxins that gave a similar taste and that was not deep fried.

Chicken Tenders Without Toxins the recipe is simple.

Ingredients:

3 lbs of raw Chicken,flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs.

Directions:

It starts with making an extra loaf of bread (seed oils are in most breadings. We slice is up and put it in the toaster and a well done setting. After all the slices are done, my son takes them and puts them in the food processor until they resemble fine breadcrumbs.

Then take boneless and skinless breasts, leg, or thighs and cut them up to resemble tenders in the shape you want. I like strips over pieces, my family would eat either. Mine are on the thin side, I think that helps them cook better.

Assemble:

Now to assemble. Put 2 cups flour in a bowl put each piece in the flour and coat then set on plate,

Next, in a bowl or pie plate crack 4 eggs, add 4 tablespoons of water and had some salt and pepper. .

Next, put the bread crumbs in a dish and chicken with the bread crumbs. Both the flour mixture and egg mixture will act like glue to the breadcrumbs. Place on plate when coated.

Cooking

In a medium heated skillet, put 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil and place the chicken in the oil. After 3-4 minutes turn it over and when brown on both sides remove the chicken.
